Charles Kojeski

Construction & Restoration of Medford, New Jersey provides construction and restoration services offering new-built custom homes, 55+ construction, handicap accessibility services, damage and restoration construction and light commercial building. Charles Kojeski has over 40 years of experience with more than 2,700 remodeling and restoration projects and some 1,000 new homes completed. He has managed every phase of the home building process, including completion of site improvements for water main, storm drain, sanitary sewer and pumping station installations. Providing warranty repairs and damage, restoration and cleaning services to insurance companies, he has completed more than 1,500 claims in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Colorado. In addition to handicap fit-ups for insurance companies, he has built a handicap accessible new home for the Cumberland County NJ Habitat for Humanity.

He has also been a general contractor for Homes for Our Troops, donating his services to construct a new home for a Marine injured in the Iraq War. In 2008 he was given the Preservation of the American Dream award presented by the New Jersey Builders Association and was awarded a grant from that state association’s Foundation for Housing for construction to aid a local resident with a disability. Among his commercial real estate projects are the development and leasing of a 10,000 square foot day care center and several 4,000 square foot–plus office buildings. A past president of the Builders League of South Jersey, he served that association in 2013. He is a resident of Medford, NJ.
